Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary- Provides direct patient care and assists in vascular surgery procedures
- Works closely with vascular surgeons and clinical support staff in an outpatient and call setting
- Manages average clinical caseload of 12-15 patients per day
- Utilizes Epic electronic medical record system
- Position includes both scheduled clinic hours and call rotation
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the vascular surgery team
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient management
- Provide patient education regarding vascular health and treatment options
- Participate in daily clinic operations (8 AM - 5 PM, 5 days per week)
- Participate in call coverage, up to 7 days per month, including 24-hour on-call for operating room support
- Coordinate care with full support staff to ensure efficient clinic flow
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
