Vascular Surgeon – Summary- Permanent, full-time Vascular Surgeon role in Jacksonville, FL
- Join a high-volume, established vascular surgery practice

- Deliver comprehensive vascular surgical care including diagnosis, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management
- Perform both inpatient and outpatient procedures as required
- Manage a balanced schedule of clinic visits, surgical cases, and hospital rounds
- Participate in a 1-in-6 weekend call rotation, providing coverage across multiple hospital sites when on call
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated full-time Physician Assistant and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Utilize advanced technology and best practices to provide optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Actively contribute to the practice’s growth, quality improvement initiatives, and educational activities
- Highly competitive base salary
- Productivity-based bonus structure (25% on collections over $1.5MM)
- Paid time off (PTO) that increases with tenure (30 days in Year 1, 32 days in Year 2, 35 days from Year 3 and beyond)
