- Perform repair, replacement, and installation of aircraft subsystem components in a laboratory environment.
- Fabricate, assemble, and systematically test wiring harnesses for validation, debugging, and performance assessment.
- Conduct ring-out, continuity, and functional testing of electrical systems to verify operational integrity.
- Troubleshoot subsystem integration and performance issues, collaborating with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation for all lab modifications, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
- Inspect the work of fellow technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Electrical Technician in aviation, aerospace, or a comparable technical industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of avionics systems and aircraft subsystem operation and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in wire cutting, splicing, crimping, and the fabrication of wiring harnesses.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- High attention to detail with a proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and precision in technical work.
- Capacity to safely install, replace, and validate subsystem components in a controlled lab environment.
