UX Researcher - Summary
- Lead the development and implementation of UX research toolkits and best practices across product teams.
- Design and execute comprehensive research projects utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, and experience maps to inform product design and development.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and refine UX research processes, ensuring their adoption across multiple product teams.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Develop customer profiles, experience maps, and personas based on empirical data and user feedback.
- Translate complex research insights into actionable recommendations and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Foster a culture of customer empathy and data-driven decision making within the organization.
- Manage the setup and integration of new UX research tools and help maintain relationships with vendors.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that research insights are integrated into product strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX research.
- Bachelor's degree in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
- Experience setting up and managing UX research tools and processes, as well as vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts in product, data science, business, and operations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable insights.
