UX Designer - Summary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience working on large, complex digital projects or in similar UX Designer roles.
- Experience as part of an enterprise Agile Scrum team, collaborating in dynamic project environments.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, focus groups, and user observation.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design processes, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in mockup and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Adobe Creative Suite.
