UX Designer - Summary- Collaborative role focused on designing and improving digital user experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a similar discipline
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design deliverables
- Solid understanding of UX methodologies, including design thinking and Agile UX
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Experienced in working within established design systems and scalable frameworks
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro or Mural
- Experience using user behavior and testing platforms, including heatmapping and session recording tools
- Ability to present compelling narratives based on research and data insights
