UX Designer - Summary
The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and iterate on compelling user experiences for digital retail platforms. Leveraging industry best practices and innovative thinking, the UX Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with digital products. Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging interactive experiences for digital customers across retail environments.
- Apply expertise in consumer behavior to inform the design of products and solutions.
- Create and deliver comprehensive design concepts, detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design specifications.
- Develop and maintain atomic design libraries and reusable design components to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create and evolve customer experiences across websites and mobile applications.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine digital experiences.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, particularly in the retail and ecommerce sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UX design experience, preferably within the retail or ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing UX design projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to create digital portfolios showcasing customer-facing and mobile design work in the retail space.
- Expertise with Figma and experience working within branding design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
