UX Analyst – Fintech Job DescriptionWe are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst – Fintech to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for evaluating the end-to-end user experience of financial technology (fintech) applications and platforms. Your expertise and feedback will directly contribute to building intuitive, transparent, and efficient digital financial products that empower users to manage their finances with confidence.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios across a range of fintech products, including but not limited to banking applications, investment platforms, and payment solutions.
- Identify friction points, unclear workflows, or problematic presentation of financial information, documenting these issues with clarity and precision.
- Analyze user flows and conduct heuristic evaluations to anticipate user needs, potential misunderstandings, and opportunities for improvement in digital financial services.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to product and design teams to enhance the user journey and promote financial literacy through effective UX improvements.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, either daily or weekly, summarizing UX observations and suggesting actionable improvements for fintech product teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of user experience best practices, with a focus on financial technology platforms.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and a solid grasp of fundamental financial concepts and digital services.
- Previous experience in UX review, usability testing, or product quality assurance in the fintech industry is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and access to both desktop and mobile devices for thorough testing.
- Strong empathy for users’ financial journeys and the capacity to translate user challenges into actionable design solutions that improve accessibility and transparency.
