Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive user experience analysis of fintech applications utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Identify and document usability issues, inconsistencies in user flows, and areas where users encounter friction or confusion.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations, clearly outlining key UX findings, insights, and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and software developers to translate your analysis into actionable enhancements for financial products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle to elevate usability, accessibility, and overall engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in user experience analysis with a strong grasp of UX methodologies specific to the fintech industry.
- Proficiency in using remote research and analysis tools to evaluate user behavior and interpret user feedback.
- Experience in UX analysis, user research, or product management within financial services, digital banking, or technology-driven finance platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex UX findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
