UX Analyst – Fintech Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our remote team as a UX Analyst – Fintech. This full-time, remote position focuses on critically evaluating the user experience of financial technology applications and platforms, ensuring they deliver intuitive, transparent, and efficient solutions for users managing their financial activities. As a key member of the quality assurance and user experience team, you will provide actionable feedback that drives improvements in usability and financial literacy across a variety of fintech products.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across a range of fintech products, including banking apps, investment platforms, and payment solutions.
- Identify and document usability issues, friction points, and workflow challenges that may hinder user engagement or understanding.
- Provide detailed and strategic recommendations to product and design teams for enhancing user journeys and improving the clarity of financial information.
- Perform heuristic evaluations and analyze user flows to anticipate potential misunderstandings or barriers users may encounter.
- Compile and submit regular, thorough reports detailing observations, findings, and suggested improvements related to fintech user experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of user experience (UX) principles, particularly within the financial technology sector.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with industry-standard practices for digital product evaluation.
- Previous experience in UX review, usability testing, or product quality assurance for fintech products is highly valued.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to both desktop and mobile devices suitable for testing a variety of applications.
- Strong ability to empathize with users’ financial journeys and translate user challenges into actionable design feedback.
