UX Analyst – Financial Applications Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst – Financial Applications for a remote, full-time position. Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured usability testing for a range of financial applications including banking, investment, and personal finance apps on both mobile and web platforms.
- Systematically document any confusing interfaces, inefficient workflows, or unclear financial disclosures that could hinder user experience or comprehension.
- Collaborate with design and product teams, offering clear, actionable feedback aimed at simplifying financial processes and enhancing the clarity of information presented to users.
- Ensure information is displayed consistently and clearly across various devices and screen sizes, maintaining a high standard of user interface design for financial applications.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports, highlighting usability findings and providing well-founded recommendations to improve the user experience in financial apps.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an intuitive grasp of user behavior, particularly in the context of financial services and digital finance tools.
- Experience with remote work technologies and a strong familiarity with widely used financial applications and services.
- Preferred background in UX testing, usability analysis, or quality assurance (QA) within the financial technology sector.
- Reliable internet access and the ability to work with a variety of web and mobile devices.
- Strong empathy for end users and the ability to translate user challenges into meaningful design and process improvements.
