As a UX Analyst, you will join a collaborative, remote Quality Assurance (QA) team dedicated to delivering high-quality digital products.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both web and mobile applications, identifying areas for improvement in the user journey.
- Document technical and design issues, including bugs, glitches, and pain points that may impact user satisfaction.
- Work closely with development teams, providing clear and actionable feedback to facilitate effective resolution of identified issues.
- Evaluate digital platforms to ensure consistent functionality across a range of devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations to support ongoing product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following structured testing procedures and documentation standards.
- Proficiency with remote work technologies and familiarity with various app ecosystems, supporting effective virtual collaboration.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user experience testing, or closely related fields is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices such as desktops, laptops, or mobile phones to perform remote testing tasks.
