Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring each feature meets user expectations and industry standards.

- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate identified issues, user feedback, and potential solutions to enhance platform performance and usability.
- Validate that software features function smoothly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining a consistent and accessible user experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a strong understanding of app ecosystems and web-based platforms.
- Preferred experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields, demonstrating an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device to fulfill testing requirements from a remote location.
