UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as a UX Analyst. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in evaluating user experience and testing the functionality of web and mobile applications to enhance the quality and usability of digital platforms. As a UX Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting user experience issues, ensuring seamless functionality across different devices and browsers, and providing actionable feedback that contributes to the ongoing improvement of our digital products.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for web and mobile platforms, ensuring that all features function as intended.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas where the user experience can be improved, providing clear and structured feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate findings, issues, and user feedback effectively.
- Verify that software features are compatible and consistent across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on findings and recommendations, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions.
- Experience with remote work tools, as well as familiarity with web and mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or similar roles is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
