UX Analyst Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented UX Analyst to join our remote quality assurance team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall user experience of our digital platforms. As a UX Analyst, your primary mission will be to evaluate, test, and provide actionable insights that lead to continuous improvement of both mobile and web applications. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing scenarios across a variety of mobile and web platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and a positive user experience.
- Accurately document and report usability issues, bugs, glitches, and user pain points, providing clear and concise feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to communicate findings and recommend actionable improvements.
- Verify that software features function correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen dimensions, ensuring broad accessibility and compatibility.
- Generate detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, key findings, and recommendations to inform ongoing product enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow established testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of common app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or similar roles is preferred and highly beneficial.
- Reliable internet connectivity and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for remote participation in the quality assurance process.
