Your coordination with external vendors will be essential in maintaining execution quality and timeline adherence, enabling research teams to meet their project goals.
The ideal candidate for this User Research Operations Specialist role will have at least three years of experience in research operations, user research, participant recruiting, or a closely related field. A strong working knowledge of qualitative research recruiting practices—including screening, quotas, and participant quality controls—is essential. Experience managing scheduling, attendance tracking, and incentive workflows with a high attention to detail will drive your success in this role.
