User Feedback Coordinator Job OverviewWe are seeking a User Feedback Coordinator to join our remote team on a full-time basis. The User Feedback Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring continuous improvement and user satisfaction across our digital platforms. This position serves as the essential link between users and development, facilitating the collection, analysis, and synthesis of feedback from online platform users. As a User Feedback Coordinator, you will drive positive changes by providing actionable insights that influence the direction and quality of our web applications, websites, and community forums.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and conduct structured user feedback sessions across various digital platforms, such as websites, web applications, and online forums.
- Gather, categorize, and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative user feedback related to platform features, usability, and areas in need of improvement.
- Translate collected feedback into detailed, actionable reports and prioritized recommendations for the product and development teams.
- Monitor the progress of issue resolution and the implementation of user-suggested improvements across all platforms.
- Create and deliver regular reports highlighting feedback trends, platform sentiment, and the measurable impact of implemented changes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and experience managing user feedback systems, beta programs, or similar processes.
- Previous experience in user research, quality assurance, product management, or community management is strongly preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a demonstrated interest in enhancing digital user experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information in clear, concise reports.
