Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate user feedback sessions for a range of online platforms, including websites, web applications, and community forums.
- Collect both qualitative and quantitative user feedback, focusing on platform features, usability, and areas where users encounter challenges.
- Analyze and categorize feedback to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement within the platform experience.
- Transform raw user input into actionable insights and prioritize recommendations for product and development teams.
- Monitor and track the resolution of reported issues and the implementation of user-suggested enhancements to ensure continuous improvement.
- Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on user feedback, platform sentiment, and the impact of implemented changes.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with user feedback management systems or beta testing programs.
- Background in user research, quality assurance (QA), product management, or community management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a reliable internet connection.
