Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios for a variety of software products, including web and mobile applications.
- Systematically document bugs, glitches, and usability concerns with precise, clear, and organized reports to ensure all issues are thoroughly tracked.
- Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to communicate findings, discuss user feedback, and help prioritize fixes and enhancements.
- Verify that software meets all defined user requirements and specifications, conducting thorough cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, detailing findings, test results, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders for further review and improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured test cases and instructions.
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies and best practices, along with comfort using a range of remote collaboration and testing tools.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, software testing, or a related technical field is preferred, providing a strong foundation for successful UAT execution.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability and effective time management skills.
