Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive usability testing to assess the effectiveness and intuitiveness of digital products
- Develop, execute, and document test plans, test scripts, and detailed reports of findings
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate user experience issues and propose actionable improvements
- Participate in Agile project teams, contributing to project planning and execution
- Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, ensuring timely tracking of user stories, issues, and bugs within a DevOps environment
- Utilize usability testing tools to support data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Maintain a user-focused approach throughout the testing and feedback process

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in usability testing
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
- Proven ability to manage up to three (3) projects utilizing usability testing tools and developing test plans
- Experience contributing to at least one (1) large-scale IT project in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated skill in handling multiple workstreams and tracking user stories and bugs within a DevOps framework
