Usability Tester - Summary- Remote position focused on usability evaluation of digital products and interfaces
- Work with development and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve user experience challenges
- Contribute to large-scale IT projects using Agile methodologies

- Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in usability testing
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and development platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
- Proven ability to manage up to three (3) projects utilizing usability testing tools and developing test plans
- Experience contributing to at least one (1) large-scale IT project in an Agile environment
- Demonstrated skill in handling multiple workstreams and tracking user stories and bugs within a DevOps framework
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment
