Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Usability Tester to join our remote Quality Assurance (QA) team. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms, adhering to project guidelines and best practices.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and pain points affecting the user experience, ensuring clarity and thoroughness in all reports.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional development teams to communicate testing results, share insights, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Verify that software features and interfaces perform consistently across varying devices, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting a seamless user experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, issues identified, and actionable suggestions for platform enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow structured instructions and testing protocols precisely.
- Demonstrated comfort with remote work tools and familiarity with a wide range of app ecosystems and web technologies.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, usability analysis, or a related field is preferred.
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable device such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
