- Collaborate closely with development and product teams, sharing feedback and insights to support the improvement of digital experiences for end users.
- Verify that platform features function correctly across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency and quality for users regardless of their access method.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a daily or weekly basis, summarizing testing results, identified issues, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a solid understanding of mobile and web application ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
