Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Usability Tester to join our remote QA team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for evaluating the user experience and functionality of both mobile applications and websites. Your feedback will play a crucial part in improving our digital platforms and ensuring a seamless experience for users nationwide. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing on various mobile and web platforms to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams by providing clear communication on identified issues and constructive feedback for improvements.
- Verify that software features function consistently across multiple devices, browsers, and screen resolutions.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports outlining testing results, recommendations, and areas for enhancement.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions throughout the usability testing process.
- Comfort and familiarity with remote working tools, as well as different app ecosystems for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technical fields is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet access and availability of a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
