Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web platforms to identify areas for improvement.
- Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points precisely and thoroughly to assist development teams in resolving issues.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to communicate usability issues and provide constructive feedback that supports product enhancement.
- Ensure software features perform effectively across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes, maintaining consistency and accessibility for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports outlining testing findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to follow structured instructions and testing procedures.
- Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools and familiar with app ecosystems and digital platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred, though not required.
- Dependable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device necessary to perform testing duties effectively.
