Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Summary- Full-time permanent opportunity in a multidisciplinary ambulatory urology practice.
- Integral member of a dynamic healthcare team delivering comprehensive urologic care.
- Position based in Camden County, NJ, with a focus on advanced patient assessment and treatment.
- Perform detailed patient history and physical examinations; document findings in the medical record.
- Order, interpret, and collect data using appropriate assessment techniques and diagnostic procedures.
- Act as the first responder for nursing and house staff during patient status changes or emergencies.
- Participate in procedural and resuscitative interventions as needed.
- Assess and manage risks associated with acute and complex chronically ill urology patients, including medication effects, nutrition, mobility, fluid/electrolyte balance, and immunocompetence.
