- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for medical licensure
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills in urology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
