Urologist MD - Summary
- Full-time Urologist (MD) position in a hospital-owned, multispecialty group practice

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urological care for patients in both outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
- Diagnose and treat a range of urological conditions, including managing patients with acute and chronic diseases
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries as required
- Round on your own patients during the week and provide coverage for other patients when on call
- Participate in a 1/3 call schedule with a low volume of calls
- Engage in weekend rounding for emergencies and necessary patient care
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team, including other MDs, NPs/PAs, nursing staff, and administrative professionals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine
- Completion of an accredited urology residency program
- Strong clinical skills in general urology, including surgical and procedural expertise
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
