- Deliver advanced urological care to a diverse patient population

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in urology through continuing medical education (CME)
- Supervise and mentor residents, fellows, or mid-level providers as part of a teaching healthcare environment

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with completion of an accredited Urology residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology (ABU)
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) to practice as a Urologist, MD in MI
- Demonstrated clinical competence in general and specialized urological procedures
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
