Urologist - Summary
- Provide expert medical care for patients with urological conditions, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Utilize state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based protocols to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with urological concerns.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and open surgical procedures as indicated.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, CT scans, and laboratory studies.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and post-treatment care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage in continuing education and stay current with advances in urological medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency in urology.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology or equivalent).
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice.
