UKG Business Analyst - Summary- Serve as the primary business-side analyst for UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation projects
- Bridge communication between internal stakeholders and third-party partners
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Support configuration and deployment of UKG workforce solutions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis
- Act as the main liaison for business requirements during UKG implementation projects
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions and document findings
- Perform system configuration and validate solutions against business needs
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve workforce management issues
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support testing, training, and change management activities for new systems
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to senior leadership

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- At least 3 years of experience with UKG Workforce Management, specifically in Time and Attendance
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting UKG implementation projects
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and third-party partners
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communicator able to bridge business and technical teams
- Proven track record of successful UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations
