UI/UX Designer - Summary- Lead and contribute to end-to-end product design, from research to execution
- Work within a highly empowered design team focused on rapid iteration and production-level delivery
- Leverage advanced AI tools to enhance the design process and outcomes
- Participate in shaping the evolution of digital travel experiences
- Remote, full-time position within the United States
- Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to inform design decisions
- Ideate, prototype (including prototyping in code), validate, and ship features to production
- Maintain high standards of design craft and attention to detail with a focus on shipping quickly
- Develop and evolve the design system for scalability across multiple product variants
- Master and integrate AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Figma AI, and code-gen platforms to improve design efficiency
- Publicly experiment with new tools, share findings, and adapt to advancements in AI capabilities
- Balance data-driven insights with design intuition in making key decisions
- Stay immersed in user problems, industry trends, and business goals throughout the design process
- Drive autonomous decision-making within product pods while collaborating with engineers and product managers
- Test designs with users and iterate rapidly based on feedback and analytics
