Trust & Safety Analyst - Summary
- Act as a key point of contact for complex trust and safety escalations, ensuring all actions align with organizational policy and best practices.
- Work remotely as part of a skilled team dedicated to protecting player experiences and promoting a safe digital environment.
- Partner cross-functionally with global teams to drive operational improvements and enhance overall trust and safety processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and resolve complex, high-impact trust and safety escalations according to established policies.
- Quickly identify and enforce against policy violations in real time, ensuring accurate and fair outcomes for users.
- Document actions taken on escalations, monitor trends, and escalate policy or moderation gaps to relevant stakeholders for remediation.
- Advocate for user experience by recommending improvements to trust and safety workflows and product features.
- Support ongoing development of trust and safety processes, including adapting to new product launches and policy updates.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, demonstrating flexibility to work across multiple teams and time zones as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in trust and safety operations, with a focus on escalations; experience in gaming or social media highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and unbiased decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working with sensitive content and navigating complex scenarios while maintaining professionalism.
- Experience with first-person shooter games and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including flexibility for non-standard or weekend hours as necessary.
