Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents for estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters using computerized legal systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical client records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Evaluate and prioritize tasks, making informed decisions to meet strict legal deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Independently manage documentation workflows and track multiple projects simultaneously.
