Key Responsibilities
- Legal Document Management: Prepare, review, and file legal documents related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate cases. Ensure all digital and physical files are meticulously organized and accurately maintained for easy accessibility by attorneys and clients.
- Case Administration: Manage the progress of estate and trust cases from inception through completion. Monitor and track multiple deadlines, making certain that all procedural requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation, maintaining strict adherence to legal protocols and firm policies. Stay current on changes in estate and trust law to ensure all work meets the highest standards of compliance.

- Task Prioritization and Decision-Making: Assess urgent tasks and prioritize daily activities to ensure efficient workflow. Make informed decisions regarding filing deadlines and case management, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field. A Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a paralegal, specifically in estate and trust law.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with legal document preparation software, case management systems, and digital filing protocols.
