The Trauma Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Nocturnist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of trauma-related healthcare needs. This role includes a significant operating room and first assist requirement, with at least 20% of time spent supporting surgical interventions. The NP is expected to demonstrate clinical competence, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
