Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage acute trauma and critical care cases under the supervision of trauma surgeons
- Perform essential clinical procedures, including central and arterial line placement
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document all clinical encounters and procedures in accordance with hospital policies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in rounds, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide patient education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) license
- Valid CDS & DEA licenses required
- Certifications: ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Demonstrated trauma and critical care experience in an inpatient setting
- Proficient in central and arterial line placement
