Transaction Advisory Director - Summary
- Serve as a key leader in the M&A advisory practice, overseeing transaction advisory projects from inception to completion.
- Act as a subject matter expert for financial due diligence, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making for clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead complex buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Analyze financial statements, assess transaction risks, and prepare comprehensive diligence reports that guide client decisions.
- Facilitate pre-close readiness assessments, integration planning, and execution support throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Deliver clear, actionable, and client-focused insights to drive successful deal outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and expand the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and representing the firm at industry events.
- Mentor and lead teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and communicate a strategic vision for the practice, aligning team efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on financial due diligence within the M&A environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and growing a Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) practice.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
