Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Training and Documentation Specialist:

Collaborate with quality and training leads to design a performance coaching program for customer support agents. Develop and manage training calendars to address improvement opportunities for the support team. Coordinate the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for both in-house and outsourced teams. Ensure consistent quality calibrations and reviews are conducted. This is a 5-month onsite position with a schedule from 9 am to 6 pm.

Required Skills for Training and Documentation Specialist:

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience in team training or coaching, with strong communication skills. Familiarity with knowledgebase/documentation management; SharePoint and Zendesk experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and issues, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
