Training and Development Director - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Design innovative training materials and deliver programs in multiple formats, including e-learning, workshops, and in-person sessions.
- Create and manage training schedules for new hires and continuing education.
- Ensure all training content aligns with best practices in adult learning and is accessible to all employees.
- Partner with subject matter experts to deliver targeted and relevant training sessions.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff, particularly recruiters.
