Time and Labor Analyst - Summary- Support administration and optimization of time and labor functionality in a Deltek Costpoint environment.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure efficient business operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and a robust knowledge base.
- Reduce reliance on institutional knowledge by driving process standardization.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for time and labor system configuration within Deltek Costpoint.
- Administer employee leave plans and maintain accurate holiday calendars.
- Utilize case management or ticketing platforms to resolve operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance and update process documentation and knowledge repository content on a regular basis.
