Telemarketing Specialist - Summary- Engage with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance products.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients daily and facilitate warm handoffs to Agency Insurance Specialists.
- Deliver a positive and informative experience to every caller.
- Work as part of a professional, goal-oriented team in a collaborative office environment.
- Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to leads who have shown interest in insurance products.
- Transfer qualified and interested prospects to licensed Agency Insurance Specialists.
- Build rapport and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with every client interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes using agency systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a supportive, energetic, and team-driven office culture.
