The Technology Project Manager (PMIS, PMP) plays a pivotal role in guiding enterprise technology initiatives in support of capital improvement and infrastructure programs. This full-time opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who excel at bridging the gap between executive leadership, project management teams, IT departments, finance organizations, contractors, and consultants. The position is instrumental in leading the planning, implementation, integration, transition, and optimization of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), ensuring seamless deployment and long-term support for complex, large-scale projects.

With a focus on both technology and capital program delivery, the Technology Project Manager (PMIS, PMP) is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of PMIS modernization efforts. This includes transitioning from legacy systems to modern platforms such as Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder), coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving business process transformation. The position requires deep expertise in PMIS platforms, accounting and invoicing workflows, data integration, stakeholder management, and user support.

The Technology Project Manager (PMIS, PMP) will oversee the migration of historical data, workflows, forms, reports, and accounting information, ensuring accurate and efficient integration with financial and accounting systems such as Deltek Costpoint. By collaborating with PMO, IT, finance, facilities, vendors, and end-users, the manager will maintain implementation schedules, monitor risk, support quality assurance, and provide user training and documentation. The ability to develop technology roadmaps, establish governance standards, and ensure compliance with operational procedures is essential for long-term project success.

This role also involves supporting the implementation of invoicing workflows, approval routing, and financial controls within the PMIS environment. The manager will coordinate with accounting and finance teams for accurate reporting, invoice processing, reconciliation, and audit readiness. Change management is a major focus, with the responsibility to develop and deliver training programs, support user adoption, and facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.

Post go-live, the Technology Project Manager (PMIS, PMP) will continue to drive system enhancements, monitor operational effectiveness, and identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency. The manager will analyze operational workflows, lead requirements gathering, coordinate integrations with ERP and reporting tools, and develop executive-level analytics. This position supports both public and private sector capital programs, with an emphasis on construction management, project controls, and compliance reporting.
