Technical Writer - Summary
The Technical Writer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating technical documents, including user guides, installation manuals, configuration instructions, and comprehensive online help resources. This role involves synthesizing information from various sources, collaborating with engineers, developers, and product managers, and applying best practices in technical communication to deliver precise and effective content. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and update a variety of technical documents, such as user guides, installation manuals, configuration instructions, and online help systems.

- Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance content creation speed while maintaining rigorous quality standards and accuracy.
- Produce clear, concise documentation tailored to audiences such as end users, IT professionals, and business stakeholders.
- Adhere to industry-standard style guides and leverage tools such as HTML, Markdown, MadCap Flare, and Adobe InDesign for content creation and formatting.
- Continuously review and revise existing documentation in response to product updates, feedback, and evolving user needs.
