Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and update a variety of technical documents, such as user guides, installation manuals, configuration instructions, and online help systems.

- Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance content creation speed while maintaining rigorous quality standards and accuracy.

- Adhere to industry-standard style guides and leverage tools such as HTML, Markdown, MadCap Flare, and Adobe InDesign for content creation and formatting.
