Technical Writer - Summary
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical documentation for software and hardware systems.
- Acts as a bridge between technical teams and end users to ensure clear and effective communication of complex information.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan, research, write, edit, and format a range of documents including user guides, technical specifications, manuals, and training materials.
- Establish, implement, and maintain documentation standards to promote consistency and accuracy across all deliverables.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to gain in-depth knowledge of products and workflows, ensuring documentation meets user needs and organizational objectives.
- Participate in training sessions and provide support to both internal teams and end users regarding technical documentation and processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing; 4 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in documenting IT software and systems.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
