As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support for a range of complex systems, including electronic hardware, software platforms, and integrated network solutions. You will serve as a vital resource for field engineers, technicians, and product support teams, helping to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug issues that require a higher level of expertise. This role requires a solid understanding of authentication and user management systems such as LDAP and Active Directory, as well as expertise in troubleshooting email platforms, including Office 365 and Exchange. Additionally, hands-on experience with system integrations and scripting languages like JavaScript will be highly valuable as you work to resolve technical issues and deploy effective integrations between multiple systems.
