This Technical Support Engineer position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric environment. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting difficult or complex technical issues. Working knowledge of web application stacks, object-oriented programming (such as Java or similar technologies), scripting languages (including JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, and Windows Shell), as well as relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle), is required.
