Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external customers and partners, resolving complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and resolve technical cases created by customers, addressing unexpected behaviors or answering technical questions
- Develop subject matter expertise within the technical support department to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical problems

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years experience providing technical support to external customers
- 2+ years experience writing and debugging Object Oriented code in Java and JavaScript
- Experience working with dynamic HTML technologies including AJAX, AngularJS, CSS, XML, HTML, and XHTML
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
- Proficiency in administering Linux, Unix, or Microsoft Server environments
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
