We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis in Memphis, TN. The Technical Support Analyst will play a vital role in supporting real-time location systems (RTLS) and asset tracking operations. Technical Support Analyst - Summary
- Key contributor to RTLS and asset tracking operations
- Supports onsite staff with technical troubleshooting and operational assistance
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and documenting badge and equipment tracking systems
- Ensures the accurate deployment and functioning of safety systems for personnel
- Provides day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for tracking devices
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and replace batteries in tracking devices and safety badges to ensure uninterrupted operation
- Check the performance and status of RTLS hardware across assigned areas
- Assign, track, and document the distribution and use of staff safety badges
- Review badge activity, address issues with inactive or unused devices, and ensure all badges are accounted for
- Collect and redeploy unused badges as needed
- Tag and track organizational equipment and assets using established tracking systems
- Execute routine system checks to confirm proper device functionality
- Provide timely support to staff regarding badge-related inquiries, replacements, and technical troubleshooting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of assignments, updates, and system activity within the tracking platform

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or associate degree required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support, asset tracking, healthcare support, or a related field
- Hands-on experience working with hardware devices such as tags, badges, or sensors
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured processes
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
