Technical Project Manager (PMP, Scrum Master) - Summary- Oversee complex application development projects utilizing .NET and Azure platforms
- Lead the management and coordination of external development partners for project delivery
- Drive accountability, detail orientation, and deliver results within set timelines
- Maintain clear and effective communication with executives and project stakeholders
- Utilize leading project management tools for tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for custom application builds, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to facilitate seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet, providing regular updates and reports
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies

- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering large, complex custom application development projects
- Strong technical project management background with demonstrated hands-on involvement in application builds
- Experience managing and collaborating with external development vendors
- Expertise in leading hybrid delivery environments, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools, such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
