Technical Project Manager - Summary- Lead and manage multiple enterprise-level technology projects, primarily focused on ERP systems, Master Data Management (MDM), tax platform integrations, and SaaS application deployments.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of project goals, resources, and timelines.
- Utilize industry-standard project management tools and methodologies to drive effective delivery and measurable business outcomes.
- Direct multiple concurrent projects involving ERP systems, MDM, tax platform (Vertex) integrations, and SaaS deployments.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively across ERP, integration, and business systems teams to synchronize timelines and manage project dependencies.
- Apply a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery approach tailored to specific project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Track and manage project deliverables through Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability in progress status.
- Foster collaborative relationships with technical and business stakeholders to drive decision-making, resolve project issues, and maintain momentum.
- Ensure all project documentation and reporting is current, comprehensive, and accessible to relevant team members.
