Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans based on technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.

- Coordinate infrastructure deployments, including construction, cabling, and networking teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of technical program management experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technology projects.
- Experience with infrastructure deployments across construction, cabling, and networking.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management modules.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
