Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Summary- Lead and manage complex technology programs from conception to delivery.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans based on technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.

- Minimum of 5 years of technical program management experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technology projects.
- Experience with infrastructure deployments across construction, cabling, and networking.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management modules.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement and change management within a technical environment.
